Production Planners (m/f/d)
Production Planners are partly responsible for shaping, testing, improving and documenting the production processes. In this capacity, they work closely with engineers, technicians and team leaders, as well as with suppliers and customers, to plan product manufacture.
Working with us:
Thanks to your extensive training, as a Production Planner at Kaeser you could work anywhere in the whole manufacturing process. For example, you may assist different technical departments with their material flow planning, by making certain that the required materials are available in the right quantities at the right time to ensure production is completed on time, and keeping them up-to-date with information about this. To do this effectively, you will need to form strong working relationships with our suppliers. You will plan the flow of materials from suppliers into the main warehouse and local storage locations right up to the point of installation. You will monitor and document manufacturing processes and provide support when these processes are being revised. For example, you will pose yourself the following questions: Is everything in place so that all employees can adhere to the specified processes? Are all potential process deviations documented? How can employees be supported and assisted when implementing process change? Are our suppliers consistently meeting our order quantities and packaging specifications?
