Technical Designers (m/f/d)

Specialising in machine and equipment design, Technical Designers are responsible for the design and construction of components, sub-assemblies or total systems to customer specifications. Working within the Technical Development department, they use CAD systems to draw up detailed construction plans, of compressors for example. Following the defined drafting standards, they specify the exact dimensions required for precision-manufacture. Taking the electrical components into account, they select suitable standard parts and raw materials to meet the required specifications. Based on fault and test reports, they offer constructive suggestions for product revisions. They ensure that new developments can be implemented economically. They also create assembly plans and bills of material for the manufacturing departments. They maintain the product documentation, manage the various development versions and ensure data security.
